From time to time we all need some one to talk to.

If you are finding that you are living through difficult, uncertain, stressful and  traumatic times  that are overwhelming you. 

If you find that your thoughts, feelings and emotions are limiting your ability to enjoy or engage with your life.

 If you feel that you do not to want to concern or burden your friends or family with your troubles: you might find it easier to confide in someone outside family and friends to talk to.

If  that is the  case, you may want or need to talk to a trained professional, to enable you to work through life's difficulties, that you find stressful or overwhelming.

If you have concerns about:

  ANXIETY, BEREAVEMENT, DEPRESSION or ANY OTHER of life's difficulties that you feel that talking to someone may help.

We provide an open minded, approachable, non-judgemental, safe and a confidential service.

We provide a counselling psychology service for anyone 18 years and over, on a one to one basis .

We also provide a couples and relationship counselling service.

We are now providing   Life Coaching .
